Director

Rohan is the founding Director of Ironstate Capital Partners and is an experienced Australian commercial real estate private credit investment manager. Rohan led the real estate debt strategy at family office and private investment group, Marshall Investments, and was later an Investment Director at non-bank lender, PrivateInvest. Prior to this, Rohan worked in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Rohan holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Juris Doctor from The University of Melbourne.

He has provided advice to a number of Australia’s leading banks and other financial institutions. Harry’s experience has seen him advise on financing across a number of industry sectors including extensive experience in property & construction.

Astrid is a financial services lawyer with more than 25 years experience in the financial services industry. At Baker McKenzie, a global law firm, she was a Partner in financial services law for over 15 years, as well as serving as Global Head of FinTech, and on the Global Innovation Group (mandated with innovating the practice of law at Baker McKenzie). Astrid then moved to KPMG, where she headed the financial services law division and served as the Australian Head of FinTech. Astrid also led KPMG’s response to the Banking Royal Commission. Astrid has deep expertise in FinTech, financial services, financial products, including funds, structured financial products, and regulatory advice. Her clients include FinTechs, venture capital and PE funds who invest in FinTech, product issuers, funds, fund managers, ETF issuers, responsible entities and trustees. Astrid is a Director at ABML Legal and the CEO of 62 Consulting.

David is an experienced commercial banking executive and debt advisor with a successful track record of over 20 years. Most of David’s career has been in leadership positions with St George Bank, most recently as Head of Property Finance NSW (2012-2017). David has held roles in lending distribution and credit. After leaving St George, David was Head of Property Debt for an ASX listed fund manager before joining a commercial mortgage broking firm as Head of Property Advisory. In early 2021, David established Gamla Finance, a holistic financial consultancy firm spanning mortgage broking, debt advisory, risk solutions and business growth services. David is experienced with complex lending transactions. He has worked on a large variety of lending transactions spanning property and non- property industry sectors.

George is the co-founder of 62 Consulting and Managing Director of Instreet Investment Australia, a leading provider of structured product solutions in Australia. Prior to this, George was the Founder and Managing Director of Raiz Invest, an ASX listed, multi-award-winning, fintech platform for retail customers. George has more than 30 years’ experience in start-ups, technology, financial services, and banking in Sydney, London, New York, Indonesia and Malaysia and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
